1. No Returns or Exchanges
All sales on CRYSTOVA are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and successfully processed.
We kindly request our customers to review product details carefully before completing the purchase.
2. Refunds (If Applicable)
We only offer refunds in the following exceptional cases:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received the wrong item.
- Your order is not delivered within the expected delivery timeline and is confirmed lost by the courier service.
In these rare cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) by sending an email to support@crystova.in with:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item (if applicable)
Our team will investigate and, if approved, initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
3. Refunds Not Applicable If:
- The item is not damaged or defective.
- You change your mind after placing the order.
- Incorrect shipping address was provided by you.
- The product has been used or tampered with.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after our confirmation:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit/debit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
